Google Calendar
Paid bookings can be synchronized automatically when the Google Calendar service-account credentials are added to the Supabase function secrets.
Every reservation also has an Add to Google Calendar fallback link.

Booking workflow
1. Pending
Request received; dates remain available.
2. Approved
Dates are held and blocked while payment is due.
3. Paid
Dates remain locked. Confirmation email and calendar sync can fire automatically.
4. Cancelled
Dates reopen.
